Abstract
This paper explores whole-process engineering consulting, including its application models in public buildings and elderly-friendly projects, such as service integration and whole lifecycle management. It also addresses the construction of multi-dimensional collaborative theoretical models, public space streamline organization, and other aspects, emphasizing the importance of multi-dimensional collaboration. Additionally, it highlights the role of talent cultivation and digital transformation in enhancing project efficiency.
