Research Progress on the Mechanism of Helicobacter pylori Infection in Extra-gastrointestinal Diseases in Children
Abstract
Helicobacter pylori (Hp) is a bacterium present in the pyloric region of the human stomach, which can cause gastrointestinal diseases such as gastritis and peptic ulcers. In addition, studies have found that it may be related to some extra-gastrointestinal diseases. This article will review the research progress on the mechanism of Helicobacter pylori in extra-gastrointestinal diseases in children.
