Discussion on the rationality of the “test status” of the smart protection devices

Abstract

Starting from the concept of “test statusâ€Â of conventional substations, this paper analyzes the existing “test status†of smart substations, and points out that it is unreasonable, then suggests to modify it to “inspection statusâ€.
