Abstract

According to statistics released by relevant authorities, the divorce rate in China has been on the rise in recent years. The growing impulse often causes the increase in the number of divorce cases. As an important measure to improve the marriage system, the divorce cooling-off period system, to some extent, reshapes the marriage and family, and emphasizes the responsibility and significance of the family. This has received extensive attention.
