Research on Practice Innovation of Virtual Simulation in Medical Laboratory Based on 3D Fusion of Clinical Thinking, Operating Ability and Post Connection
In order to solve the pain of the traditional teaching of medical laboratory, the virtual simulation teaching mode of “clinical thinking - operation ability - post connection” was constructed. Through the integration of virtual simulation technology and the core requirements of inspection posts, the hierarchical training module is designed to optimize the teaching process and evaluation system. Practice shows that the model can effectively enhance students’ clinical thinking ability and practical proficiency, shorten the period of job adaptation, and provide an innovative path for medical laboratory application talents training.
