Abstract
This paper focuses on concrete technical management in construction engineering. It explains the core elements, including production mix ratio, analyzes problems of traditional models, presents innovative management models like BIM + GIS and their applications, and covers aspects such as job competence standards and prefabricated modular construction regulations, emphasizing the significance and development direction of innovative models.
