Abstract

Construction project construction stage requires effective change visa management and dynamic cost control. This paper defines both, presents related theories, and details challenges in traditional methods. It then proposes an integrated model with system architecture, functional modules, and practical strategies like BIM integrated workflows. A case study validates the effectiveness, and future research on AI enhanced change prediction and blockchain based audit trails is suggested.
