Abstract

This study analyzes the efficacy of endoscopic cardiac constriction, an emerging surgical procedure, in treating cardiac relaxation and evaluates its therapeutic effectiveness and safety. A randomized controlled trial was conducted, enrolling patients with cardiac relaxation according to relevant criteria. Pre- and post-operative examination indicators and symptom improvements were compared, while postoperative complications were also analyzed. Based on clinical practice analysis, endoscopic cardiac constriction effectively alleviated symptoms such as heartburn and reflux in patients, improved objective examination indicators, and reduced the incidence of complications. These findings provide a scientific basis for the treatment of cardiac relaxation and suggest that endoscopic cardiac constriction is a relatively safe procedure.
