Abstract

Cervical spondylosis has many obvious symptoms. Through literature reviews and hospital visits and collecting information under the guidance of our instructors, three methods of traditional rehabilitation therapy are reviewed in this study: massage, cupping, and Gua Sha. Information regarding cervical spondylosis was sorted out, from the causes of the disease and treatment methods to precautionary measures, which are discussed in this paper.
