Research on the effects of drug therapy combined with psychological intervention in adolescent patients with depression represents a critical focus in contemporary psychiatric medicine. This study aims to explore the synergistic therapeutic approach of integrating pharmacological treatment with psychological interventions, focusing on its positive impacts on symptom alleviation, quality-of-life enhancement, and clinical recovery in adolescent depression. A cohort of 62 adolescents was selected as research participants, with randomized allocation into either monotherapy (drug-only) or combination therapy (drugs + psychological intervention) groups. Key evaluation metrics included anxiety levels, clinical efficacy, and incidence of adverse reactions.
