Monitoring adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in primary medical institutions is crucial to ensuring medication safety. Currently, this work faces difficulties such as insufficient professional ability of staff, imperfect monitoring systems, and low patient awareness. It is necessary to improve the level of ADR monitoring at the grassroots level and ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication through countermeasures such as strengthening personnel training, optimizing monitoring processes, and raising public awareness.
