This paper focuses on risk management in food processing electromechanical engineering production line projects. It first defines production line risks, analyzes their characteristics, and then details qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques, predictive maintenance, automation safeguards, and other risk-mitigation strategies. Case studies of dairy and meat processing lines are presented, along with cross-industry analysis. It concludes by highlighting the need for a blend of technical and managerial approaches, future research directions, and the importance of longitudinal monitoring.
