The construction industry is a pillar industry of the national economy. Its development quality and safety level are directly related to social public interests, personal life, and property safety, as well as the sustainable development of the industry. Focusing on the internal correlation between construction quality management and safety risk management, this paper analyzes the core value of quality management in safety risk management. Combined with the current development situation and practical pain points of the industry, it explores the specific application paths of integrating quality management into safety risk management. The research shows that systematic quality management is the foundation for building a solid safety risk defense line, which can realize advanced risk prediction, whole-process control, and source governance, and provide theoretical support and practical reference for the safe and high-quality development of the construction industry.
