The quality of construction engineering is not only related to the service function and service life of the project, but also directly affects the safety of people’s lives and property. At present, although China’s construction industry is gradually moving towards standardization, there are still some problems in the quality control link. It is necessary to formulate systematic solutions based on the root causes of the problems. Starting from four key dimensions: construction materials, construction personnel, construction technology and construction management, this paper elaborates on the prominent problems in construction engineering quality control and puts forward targeted solutions, so as to provide reference for improving the overall performance of the project and optimizing the construction quality management.
