Abstract
Currently, the transformation and upgrading of digitalization have become a new task that enterprises urgently need to address. To further enhance the leadership of enterprise leaders, relevant enterprise staff should face up to the infinite possibilities that generative AI brings to enterprise management. Based on this, this paper will briefly analyze the value connotation of generative AI empowering the improvement of enterprise leadership and the relevant influencing factors, and discuss the strategies for enhancing enterprise leadership in the generative AI era, in order to promote the smooth progress of enterprises’ digital transformation and upgrading.
