Achieving environmental sustainability requires active employee participation and integrating voluntary behavior into professional activities to enhance corporate culture. Engagement in conservation initiatives complements mandatory behavior, demonstrating that eco-culture not only ensures compliance but also inspires voluntary environmental efforts.
