To prepare high-quality dimethyl itaconate, this analysis focuses on the synthesis of itaconate esters. Through the test preparation analysis, the optimal reaction temperature is 120 °C, the reaction time is 9 hours, and the reaction pressure is 163 kPa. In addition, the resin is selected as the catalyst in the synthesis test, which not only effectively solves the problem of corrosion of reaction equipment, but also improves the catalytic activity, physical stability, and chemical stability of the synthesis test process, which is more conducive to absorption and separation, to provide some reference for the synthesis and preparation of dimethyl itaconate in the future.
