Tackling Slow Employment of Short Videos Addicted College Students: A Practical Exploration of the LOVES Working Methods
This paper systematically applies the LOVES working methods (Listen-Observe-Value-Express- Suggest) and combines relevant psychological theories to construct a three-dimensional support network for families, schools, and society. It implements a three-stage precise intervention of interest transformation, cognitive reconstruction, and action empowerment to provide a reference for solving the “slow employment” dilemma of college students addicted to short videos.
