Background: To investigate the efficacy of a postoperative 3D-printed scar device in the treatment of ear scars. Methods: The clinical data of six patients with ear keloids admitted to the Outpatient Department of Dermatology at the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from August 2025 to September 2025 were selected. Following ear scar excision, a 3D-printed scar device was applied for 3 months to assess its therapeutic effect on patients’ ear keloids. Results: The keloids of the patients in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared to before treatment. Conclusion: The postoperative 3D-printed scar device is an effective method for treating ear keloids, and it significantly improves the precision, comfort, and efficacy of keloid treatment.
