Abstract

This paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework based on human capital, organizational learning and innovation education, and analyzes how the college students' entrepreneurial team can use their own knowledge resources, endowments and skills to create more value for the entrepreneurial enterprises, which is the core problem to be solved in the entrepreneurial process. Whether the entrepreneurial team of college students can integrate the knowledge resources among members and create more value, and whether it can create, disseminate, and use new knowledge, is the decisive factor for the success of college students' entrepreneurship.
