In the context of educational reform in the new era, the innovative integration of psychological counseling and heart-to-heart conversation systems within the Private College Party Branches has become an important approach to enhancing the quality of ideological and political education for university students. This study, based on psychology and ideological and political education theories, proposes a theoretical framework for the dual integration of psychological counseling and heart-to-heart conversations. It analyzes the current situation of the Private College Party Branches and explores innovative paths for the dual integration system.
