Abstract
Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that significantly affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional treatments often have limitations, and alternative therapies are being explored. Miao Medicine, particularly Jinlong Zhi Xie Fang Enema, is a traditional herbal remedy used to treat UC symptoms, especially in patients with Large Intestine Damp-Heat Syndrome. However, clinical evidence supporting its efficacy is limited.
