Abstract
Electromechanical engineering in building facility management is crucial. It involves detecting and maintaining building lighting circuits, central-air-conditioning units, and handling customer maintenance requirements. Approaches like real-time monitoring, scheduled maintenance, non-invasive testing, energy-efficient retrofitting, and client-centric services enhance building operations, reliability, and tenant satisfaction, laying a foundation for sustainable development.
