Abstract

This paper introduces the characteristics of commonly used sheet metal materials in stamping forming, including tensile strength and elongation, and elaborates on the influence of material properties on processing accuracy and related theoretical algorithms. It also involves design methods such as multi-objective optimization and profile section optimization, as well as techniques like stress concentration area strengthening, to establish an optimization system and propose future research directions.
