With the accelerating global aging trend, the issue of medication safety for chronic diseases in middle-aged and elderly people has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life. Focusing on the context of accelerated population aging, this study explores and analyzes the medication safety of chronic diseases in middle-aged and elderly people and their influencing factors. The study first analyzes the relevant background and expounds on the global aging challenges, then discusses the core issues of medication safety, the biological-social-medical three-dimensional factors affecting medication safety, and innovative intervention strategies, hoping to provide some reference for relevant personnel.
