SWOT Analysis and Countermeasures on the Cultivation of Preschool Teachers in Sichuan Province

Abstract

Abstract: Training of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province brings advantages in increasing government support for the pre-school education industry. The society attaches an important role to the pre-school education industry as well as the rapid development of preschool education in Sichuan Province. However, problem exists in large flows of preschool teachers and imbalanced gender ratios. By viewing from the new situation, the comprehensive liberalization of the second-child policy and the development of educational informatization as well as the implementation of the One Belt and One Road strategy (OBOR) have created great opportunities in training of preschool teachers. At the same time, the increase in external impact of high-quality graduates in the east also poses a great threat to the development of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province. Through the strategic combination of SWOT analysis, the paper explores effective countermeasure ways to improve the quality of training of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province and the construction of an excellent team of preschool teachers in Sichuan Province.

Liu Fei, male, Han nationality, who is member of China Democratic League, born in March 1986, at Linquan county Anhui province. He has got the master’s degree of management, doctor and postdoctoral degree of economics and served as a lecturer. He was graduated from Bengbu tank college of PLA (now the Army Armored Academy) in 2018; respectively obtained a master's degree in business science in 2013, a doctor's degree in economics in 2016 and a postdoctoral degree in economics in 2017 from the University of Taoshan College in Japan. In April 2016, he entry the Sichuan University of Science and Engineering. His main research interests include Three Rural Issues, education, pedagogical economics, vocational pedagogy, comparative education, etc. Since April 2016, he has published more than 10 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, including 11 papers published in core journal. The whole text of his article “中国ã«ãŠã‘ã‚‹è¾²æ‘è·æ¥­æ•™è‚²ã®å±•é–‹ã¨èª²é¡Œâ€ and “中国ã«ãŠã‘ã‚‹æ–°åž‹è¾²æ¥­è·æ¥­æ•™è‚²ã®å½¢æˆã¨è²§å›°è¾²æ‘ã¸ã®å½±éŸ¿â€•河北çœé‚¢å°å¸‚農業学校ã®äº‹ä¾‹åˆ†æžâ€ was reprinted and included by Japan Theory and Retention Society in "China Relations Editorial Material" No. 57 and No. 59 in 2017 and 2019, respectively.

•He has published 2 academic monographs and hosted a total of 18 projects at various levels, including 1 provincial and ministerial level, 11 municipal and departmental level, 5 academic level, and 1 talent introduction project of Sichuan University of Science and Engineering.

•In May 2018, Suggestion on implementation of tourism coupon ticket system proposed by him was adopted and approved by Zigong city.

•In November 2018, suggestion of accelerating the development of Cross-Border Electronic Commerce requires efforts to break the talent bottleneck proposed by him was adopted by China Democratic League.

•In 2017, he won the third prize of the 6th Ordinary Education Teaching Achievement Award of Sichuan Province.

•In November 2017, he was elected as the standing committee member and vice President of the 13th Youth Federation of Zigong city (with a term of five years).

•In March 2018, he was invited by Jia Zhenggui, a special allowance expert of the State Council, to be employed as an academic advisor to the Bazhong Bashan Chicken Technology Research Institute.

•From June 2018 to June 2019, he served as deputy director of the Ziliujing District Education Bureau of Zigong City.
