The cultivation of higher education talents is closely related to regional development. Adaptive talent training plays a key role in promoting regional industrial upgrading and facilitating coordinated and sustainable social development. Currently, there are problems such as the disconnection between talent training goals and industrial positioning, low matching degree between curriculum systems and actual needs, and insufficient effectiveness of school-enterprise collaborative education. To address these issues, it is necessary to construct a talent training framework linked with the regional economy through paths such as dynamically adjusting professional layout, strengthening the construction of “double-qualified” teachers’ teams, and deepening industry-education integration and collaborative education.
