Abstract
With the implementation of the “dual-carbon” concept and the rapid development of the energy industry, industry-education integration has gradually become an important path in the training of new energy professionals. Based on this, the author will focus on the basic requirements of the new energy industry for talents in the new era, systematically explore the construction of the training mode of new energy professionals under the background of industry-education integration, hoping to provide some references and help for readers.
