Currently, the international education quality assurance system still lacks order, and the quality guarantee mechanism is not perfect, making it difficult to achieve smooth information exchange. Therefore, from a global perspective and the angle of embracing educational differences among countries, with the purpose of win-win cooperation among multiple subjects, this paper proposes strategies such as constructing a unified public management framework, scientifically improving the management mechanism, standardizing the certification process, and comprehensively statistically analyzing relevant data. It is hoped that this study can play a promoting role in the development of international education.
