Laws and regulations such as the Preschool Education Law of the People’s Republic of China have clarified the safety responsibilities of private kindergartens. However, due to factors such as school-running systems, capital investment, and teachers’ literacy, private kindergartens still have many shortcomings in safety education. Accidental injuries to young children occur from time to time, arousing widespread social concern. Based on this, this paper focuses on the current situation of safety education in private kindergartens, analyzes existing problems, and explores scientific and feasible improvement paths, so as to provide theoretical references and practical support for regulating the operation of private kindergartens and building a solid safety line for young children.
